By accessing or using AI Super, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AI Super is operated by L&L Development LLC.
Description of Service
AI Super is a construction management platform that uses artificial intelligence to help contractors and workers manage job sites. The service includes AI-generated schedules, task assignments, material lists, video analysis, and SMS notifications.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others.
AI-Generated Content
AI Super uses artificial intelligence to generate schedules, task lists, material estimates, and other construction planning outputs. These are provided as suggestions and recommendations only. Contractors are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated plans before execution. L&L Development LLC is not liable for construction decisions made based on AI outputs.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including videos, photos, and documents. By uploading content, you grant AI Super a license to process, analyze, and store it for the purpose of providing the service.
SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive operational text messages. See our SMS Messaging Policy for details. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Limitation of Liability
AI Super is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. L&L Development LLC is not liable for any construction defects, scheduling errors, material shortages, or other issues arising from use of the service. The service is a planning tool, not a substitute for professional construction management judgment.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
