Who we message and why
AI Super sends SMS notifications to construction workers and contractors who have created an account in the AI Super mobile app and explicitly opted in to receive text messages during the registration process, and to subcontracting businesses that have provided their phone number directly to a contractor for project communications (see “Subcontractor bid invitations” below).
Messages are sent by AI Super, operated by L&L Development LLC, Tulsa, Oklahoma. We do not send unsolicited messages. We do not share or sell phone numbers. We do not send marketing or promotional content.
How workers opt in
Consent is collected during account registration in the AI Super mobile app. When a worker enters their phone number, the following disclosure is displayed directly below the phone number field before the user submits their information:
Users cannot complete registration without seeing this disclosure. No messages are sent to any phone number that has not completed this opt-in flow.

What messages we send
All messages are operational notifications related to the worker's active construction job site. Message frequency varies based on job site activity. Typical workers receive 1-3 messages per day during active projects.
Messages to subcontracting businesses
Contractors using AI Super may invite subcontracting businesses to bid on project work. These messages are business-to-business operational notifications: an invitation containing a link to view the bid package and respond, followed by at most a small, capped number of reminders if there has been no response.
A subcontracting business receives these messages only when it has provided its phone number directly to the inviting contractor — for example, as an existing trade partner or by sharing contact details for project opportunities. Phone numbers gathered any other way are never texted.
Every bid invitation includes opt-out language, and replying STOP immediately and permanently stops all messages to that number. Declining an invitation through the linked page also stops reminders for that project.
How to stop messages
Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message.
Upon opt-out you will receive: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
To resubscribe, reply START to any previous message. For help, reply HELP to receive support information. Standard message and data rates may apply.
