AI Super collects the following information when you create an account and use our service:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company name and role (contractor or worker)
- Job site videos and photos submitted through the app
- Clock in/out times and work hours
- Task completion data and daily log entries
- Device information and app usage data
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Generate AI-powered construction schedules and task assignments
- Send operational SMS notifications about job site tasks
- Track work hours for payroll purposes
- Analyze job site videos for progress tracking
- Improve the accuracy of our scheduling algorithms
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Job site videos are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). Database records are stored in Supabase with row-level security policies. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
SMS Communications
We send operational SMS notifications to workers who opt in during registration. See our SMS Messaging Policy for full details on message types, frequency, and opt-out instructions.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any message.
